The Art of the Blend & Lunch at Hillebrand Winery Restaurant
Try your hand at being a winemaker and join in this fun, behind-the-scenes wine blending experience. During this one-hour tasting at Hillebrand Winery, you will have the opportunity to create your own blend of wine in an educational forum and classroom setting. Play with flavors and smells of 3 famous red Bordeaux varieties to make a special wine to bottle, label and take home as a memory of the day.

Lunch will be served at Hillebrand's widely acclaimed restaurant, where each guest will enjoy seasonally inspired cuisine at the foot of the vineyard.

Underground Barrel Cellar Reserve Tasting Experience at Pellar Estates
Taste in Peller's Californian inspired authentic underground barrel cellar. This is the ideal setting for the collector or amateur who is looking to have an awe inspiring tasting experience. The Reserve Boutique tasting room provides an exclusive environment to enjoy Peller Estates' finest wines. Our tasting features back vintages and library wines that are only available at the winery.
