CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR GROUP BOOKINGS (OVER 5 PPL) WE REQUIRE A %50 DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. THE BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR. IF YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO 14 DAYS OF YOUR TOUR DATE THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED, MINUS A $100 CANCELLATION FEE. ANY TOURS CANCELED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU MUST CONFIRM FINAL NUMBERS 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR TOUR DATE. ANY CHANGES TO FINAL NUMBERS DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR TOUR DATE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
We accept VISA, Master Card, cheques or cash. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
